Sandra’s energetic and intuitive nature left her seeking something more, and so in 2006 she left the laboratory behind to launch her personal training business near Paris, France. She has since been coaching clients to achieve their personal best through a variety of customized athletic plans.

Then in 2014, after years of helping clients with a variety of physical and health issues, Sandra sought a holistic way to combine her strong scientific and athletic background to further support her clients’ needs. It was Sandra’s passion for her clients and her open-mind that led her to collaborate with José Garbe-Vilijn, the founder of PIDDDS, to develop specific methods that balance the body for a complete approach to health and natural wellness. Sandra has since opened a PIDDDS center just west of Paris and has witnessed the benefits of this solution firsthand.
